We start where others stop
AQLITY’s SLAC (Security, Logistics, Access, and Cash Feasibility) reports provide real-time, data-driven insights from frontline areas in Ukraine. Covering over 500 km of active conflict zones, these reports help humanitarian organizations understand access conditions, security risks, infrastructure damage, market functionality, and cash feasibility in hard-to-reach settlements. By continuously assessing conditions on the ground, SLAC reports enable faster, more accountable, and better-targeted humanitarian responses, ensuring aid reaches those who need it most.

Presence and Access
AQLITY has one of the highest levels of access in the sector, regularly reaching frontline settlements where few humanitarian actors operate. Our presence in these hard-to-reach areas allows us to gather critical data, advocate for targeted aid, and support partners in safely accessing communities most in need.
220+ frontline settlements
AQLITY's field base is in Kramatorsk, operating exclusively along the frontline—this is our mandate. We focus on hard-to-reach areas, ensuring that humanitarian aid is informed, targeted, and reaches those most affected by conflict.
Collaboration with partners
AQLITY is actively engaged in Ukraine’s humanitarian coordination mechanisms, serving as an observer at the Humanitarian Access Working Group and collaborating with the Protection, WASH, Health Cluster and Cash Working Groups. When partners require access to hard-to-reach areas, we facilitate safe and informed access, ensuring critical assessments and response efforts can take place. Our support has been instrumental in initiatives like IMPACT/REACH’s Rapid Cash Feasibility Assessment and the Joint Market Monitoring Initiative (JMMI), helping to expand data collection and improve humanitarian decision-making.
Capacity building
AQLITY is committed to building the capacity of local NGOs, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and compliance needed to access funding and operate effectively. Through tailored training, mentorship, and simple management systems, we empower local actors to take the lead in humanitarian response.
