1. The Problem
In humanitarian crises, the most vulnerable communities—the elderly, people with disabilities, female-headed households—are often left behind. Aid delivery focuses on easier-to-reach urban hubs, leaving frontline settlements without essential support. Without reliable data, aid organizations struggle to respond effectively, leading to delays, inefficiencies, and unmet needs in high-risk areas.
The challenge? Aid isn’t always reaching where it’s needed most. AQLITY changes that.
2. The Mission
AQLITY ensures the right aid reaches the right people at the right time. We do this by collecting and analyzing real-time data from hard-to-reach areas, empowering humanitarian actors to deliver faster, more targeted, and accountable aid. Our work helps organizations make evidence-based decisions, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the support they need without being forced to relocate.

3. The Organisation
AQLITY is an Irish data-driven humanitarian organization operating in crises. Our flagship project is based in Kramatorsk, where we focus on hard-to-reach areas, ensuring that aid organizations have the real-time insights they need to deliver impact where it matters most.
Our teams assess frontline settlements, map humanitarian needs, train local NGOs, and provide essential access data to humanitarian actors. By bridging the gap between communities in crisis and the aid systems designed to support them, we help ensure that assistance reaches those who need it most—quickly, effectively, and accountably.
We don’t deliver aid—we make sure it gets delivered.
4. The Model
We bridge data and action to improve humanitarian responses through four key interventions:
📍 SLAC Reports – We provide Security, Logistics, Access & Cash Feasibility assessments, giving organizations real-time, field-verified data to improve humanitarian programming.
📡 High-Access Operations – Our teams operate where few others can, ensuring frontline communities are not left behind. We assist partners in safe and informed access to these areas.
📊 Technology & Data – We leverage satellite imagery, AI, and geospatial analysis to refine assessments and enhance humanitarian coordination.
🎓 Capacity Building – We train local NGOs and frontline responders, equipping them with compliance tools, funding access, and operational support to scale their impact.

6. Partners
AQLITY is an observer member of the Humanitarian Access Working Group (HAWG) and actively collaborates with key humanitarian actors to ensure aid reaches those who need it most. We coordinate with UN clusters, local coordination mechanisms, and frontline response networks, providing real-time insights that inform humanitarian action.
