This living document is not static; instead, we recognize the importance of adaptability and periodic review to ensure it remains relevant and effective. Our constitution reflects our core values, mission, and commitment to the highest standards of integrity. By routinely revisiting and refining this document, we reaffirm our dedication to transparency, accountability, and the continual pursuit of excellence in our humanitarian initiatives.

PUBLIC COMPLIANCE STATEMENT.

As an organisation reliant on public donations, AQLITY is committed to upholding the Charities Regulator’s Guidelines for Charitable Organizations on Fundraising from the Public.

AQLITY formally discusses and adopts these guidelines at meetings of its governing body, ensuring adherence to the principles outlined in its annual report and Donor Charter. Regular compliance monitoring and careful consideration of the guidelines in all fundraising activities underscore AQLITY’s commitment to transparent and accountable fundraising practices.

A designated governing body or senior staff member oversees compliance, while a feedback and complaints procedure, aligned with the guidelines, facilitates prompt and appropriate responses to public feedback.

Financial reports prepared by AQLITY adhere to the requirements of the Charities Act 2009 and the Charities Regulator, including statements regarding organisational independence from funding sources.

Additionally, AQLITY diligently tracks and records all donations in compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring transparency and accountability to the public. With multiple accessible contact options, AQLITY remains readily available to engage with the public.
